JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all pre-sales activities including and not limited to preparing and submitting tender documents, product selection and lead generation, sales lead and sales generation, sales lead analysis and weekly market sales reporting
  • Responsible for servicing existing corporate customers as well as to generate new sales leads and new sales channels, developing and growing sales account
  • Responsible for all post-sales activities including and not limited to post-mortem of project and post sales activities such as product defect attention
  • Build, learn, motivate and develop a cohesive sales and marketing plan that achieves its objectives
  • Understanding lighting requirements and standards to be applied to lighting projects
  • Assist with after sales related market research, market intelligence collection and recommend improvement measures with the aim of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction with the company after sales service

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing Development

  • Provide weekly rolling sales forecast and monthly sales report
  • Provide competitors and competitor’s product analysis
  • Provide market sales and trend analysis of product
  • Expand existing client base by developing target client lists and setting up team in order to achieve sales target
  • Ensure the highest quality of service is being delivered to our clients
  • Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review
  • Develop and implement an operational plan for sales and provide forecast to executive management
  • Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches
  • Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company
  • Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company's rule
  • Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market
  • Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives
  • Provide and implement various company pricing policies
  • Design sales contracts for all vertical markets
  • Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers
  • Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets
  • Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales
  • Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies

Branding Development

  • Become the face of our brand
  • Promote the AVIALITE brand with passion and professionalism
  • Help increase brand identity and brand awareness among customers and partners
  • Feedback on market brand perception
  • Assist in activities involving brand positioning of the products
  • Follow branding guidelines for consistent brand message to customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • University degree or at least 8 years work experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in working with management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Must have experience of working in a corporate / business focused environement
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching sales
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
  • Creativity
  • Ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Flexibility and patience
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities
  • Possess solid time management skill
  • Strong technical ability, dexterity and agility
  • Capable of working the entire MS Office suite or OpenOffice, especially Excel or OpenOffice Calc and ERP system
